I am sorry to learn of your loss of your dear Pap. I only knew him as the man I bought firewood from on a few occasions about 30 years ago when I was a young man just starting out on my own. I lived in a cabin on the side of the mountain just outside of Center Hall. I remember one time when Clair delivered a couple of cords of wood. He an I unloaded it from the truck. Then I offered him something hot to drink. We sat for awhile and he told me a few stories. What I remember most is him singing "There is a Fountain" with a tear running down his cheek. Though I never knew him apart from this, I still think of him often and have wondered for years whatever became of him. Now I know. Grace & Peace to you all!
