So sorry to hear of Billy's passing, my sympathy is extended to his entire family. As a second cousin to my late grandmother Mildred Auman, Billy welcomed us to his beloved cabin on the back road near Woodward on several occasions. I especially enjoyed the time he took us to the "old Harter farm" up Ingleby to show us the farm where my grandmother spent several years of her childhood. I could sit and listen to his stories for hours! My grandmother always enjoyed his visits or the occasional ride in the country with Billy! He was a great guy!

Ginny, April, and family, I am sad to hear of Billy's passing. He was a good man and quite a character (in a good way). I enjoyed meeting and interviewing him for the Gazette a few years ago. His war stories were great! My sympathy goes out to you all.
