Debra K. DeCoursey, 61, of Spring Mills, passed from this life on Friday, September 16, 2016 at her residence. Born November 22, 1954 in Lock Haven, Debra was a daughter of the late Robert W. and Shirley A. Bowmaster of State College. She was a 1974 graduate of Bellefonte High School. Debra was united in marriage to Warren DeCoursey on December 8, 2008. Warren survives at their home.
In addition to her mother and husband, Debra is survived by two sons, Adam and Matt Lucas; two sisters, Sher Simcisko and Cindy Abbott and three brothers, Rick, Robert Jr. and Nick Bowmaster. Also surviving are step brothers and sisters, Billie Jo Hamby, Jeorge and Owen Ertwine and Robbie Tassara along with numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, Debra was preceded in death by one daughter, Rebecca Keeler.
Debra was employed at the former C-Cor Electronics in State College for over 10 years and most recently Hanover Foods in Centre Hall for over 12 years. She enjoyed reading, camping, cookouts around the campfire, riding in the mountains with Warren and her dogs and joining her friends at the Frosty Hook.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life - Campfire & Cookout at Debra’s home on Saturday, September 24th from 3:00 pm till ? Contributions in memory of Debra may be given to the Steven R. Neff Funeral Home, Po Box 437, Millheim, Pa. 16854.
