Glenn D. Confer, 80, of Spring Mills passed away in his home surrounded by his children on April 8, 2015. He was born on August 27, 1934 in Bellefonte to the late Clayton Confer and Ellen (Auman). He married Carol Rote, who preceded him in death.
Glenn was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked for Hanover Foods for 35 years. In his younger days, Glenn enjoyed fishing.
Preceding Glenn in death are 2 sisters; Marion (Crider) and Lena (Tremmel) and 1 brother; Orbis Confer. Surviving are 2 sons; Erik and Randy Confer; 2 daughters; Kathy and Wanda Confer all of Spring Mills, one brother; Francis (June) Confer, also of Spring Mills and one sister; Violet Confer of Lock Haven.
Visitation for Mr. Confer will be from 10-11 AM on April 11th at the Steven R. Neff Funeral Home in Millheim, PA following with a funeral service officiated by Pastor Michael Covalt.
