Nicole A. (Weaver) Reich

Nicole A. Reich, loving wife and mother, passed suddenly from this life at her home on Saturday, December 1, 2018.  Born January 14, 1964 in Bellefonte, Nicole was a daughter of Wayne A. and Patricia L. (Scaff) Weaver who survive in Rebersburg.  She was a 1981 graduate of Penns Valley Area High School.  On December 16, 1989 she married the love of her life, David R. Reich, who survives at their home in Aaronsburg.

Also surviving are three daughters, Shelby Alterio (Franklin) of Bellefonte, and Chelsea and Tricia Reich, both at home; two sisters, Cynthia Welshans (Patrick) of Avis and Jacqueline Imes (Bill) of Newport and five grandchildren, Alishia Alterio, Alexia Alterio, Devin Heckman, Liam Alterio and Aidyn Alterio.  Nicole was preceded in death by one brother, Timothy Weaver.

Nicole was an in home caregiver for the Life Sharing through Family Living program.  She loved people and being able to give back to the community.  She was also an animal lover, enjoying the horses and five dogs her family owns.  Nicole loved to go shopping, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.  Her sudden passing has deeply saddened us, but we will always hold memories of her in our hearts.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Rebersburg on Thursday, December 6th from 10-11:30 am.  The funeral service will follow immediately with Pastor Theresa Heiser officiating.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Nicole may be given to Ronald McDonald House of Delaware, 1901 Rockland Road, Wilmington, DE  19803.
