Albert L. Stull, 81, of rural Spring Mills, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025, at his home after an extended illness. Born February 12, 1944, in Bellefonte, Albert was the son of the late David Albert Mead and Jennie M. (Albright) Stull. He was a 1962 graduate of Penns Valley High School. On February 7, 1965, he married Carol L. King who preceded him in death.
Albert proudly served our country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. After returning home he was employed at the former Cerro Metal plant in Bellefonte, retiring with 38 years of service. Albert was a member of the American Legion Post # 444 in Millheim. He was a collector of classic Ford cars and loved to tinker around on them. He enjoyed going out to eat, attending car shows, cruising, and going to the coffee club at Longs Auto parts. He especially loved spending time with his family. Albert was a very sociable person and loved to talk. He never met a stranger.
Albert is survived by one son, Hugh D. Stull (Elizabeth): one sister, Nelda Johnson (Schenley) and one granddaughter, Emma M. Stull, all of Spring Mills. He was preceded in death by a sister, Charlotte Lucas.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of 365 Hospice who lovingly cared for Albert.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 6-8 pm at Steven R. Neff Funeral Home in Millheim.
