Clarence W. "Smokey" Rider

Clarence W. “Smokey” Rider, of Spring Mills, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 at Mount Nittany Medical Center.  He was 86. Born July 3, 1935, Smokey was a son of the late George F. and Sarah Jane "Zerby" Rider

He was married to Shirley A. Stoner who preceded him in death on May 16, 2008.  Smokey enjoyed fishing, watching Gunsmoke and working on small tractors and lawnmowers.

Smokey is survived by one son, Gary W. Rider of Spring Mills. He was preceded in death by a brother Earlin "Jelly Bean" Rider. 

In accordance with Smokey’s wishes there are no services.  Contributions in memory of Smokey may be given to Steven R. Neff Funeral Home, POB 437, Millheim PA 16854
