Thelma enjoyed sewing, vegetable and flower gardening and doing her own home maintenance. In her younger years Thelma and Allan enjoyed camping and traveling across country in a station wagon with six kids in tow. Oh the adventures they had. She enjoyed cooking and baking (she was especially known for her apple pie) for her family who gathered every Sunday for dinner.
Thelma is survived by three daughters, Lee Anne Ernst (Daniel) of O’Fallon, IL, Nancy Reffner (Jerry) of Altoona and Norma McGinnis of Pleasant Gap; three sons, Scott A. McGinnis of Coburn, Michael J. McGinnis (Donna) of Marsh Creek and Vincent J. McGinnis (Mary) of Clearfield. Also surviving are fourteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Thelma is the last of her family having been preceded in death by five sisters, and four brothers, along with one great grandson, Devon and a daughter in law, Margaret.
