Harold L. Long, of Spring Mills, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at his residence. Born October 31, 1952, in Bellefonte, Harold was the son of the late Clarence E. and Anna E. (Immel) Long.
Harold enjoyed a respected career in the automotive industry as a Service Manager, having been employed at Grant Torsell Buick and later Tire Town in State College, retiring with 40+ years of dedicated service. Harold was a member of the Keystone American Legion Post #444 in Millheim and served in the Army Reserves.
Harold had a life-long passion for antiques and was a trusted antique dealer and vendor at Apple Hill Antiques in State College. People went to him for his knowledge and expertise. When he wasn’t busy with antiques, he enjoyed spending time with his brother Rusty cutting firewood.
Harold is survived by his wife, Vicky; three sons, Steven Long (Liz), Brian Long, and Jeff Long (Lori); six siblings, Rusty Long (Mary), Pat Valentine (Charlie), Wanda Heckbert, Roger Long (Deb), Darlene Foust (Kenny), and Charlene Long. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Kaylista, Taylor, Cayla, and Nathan.
In accordance with Harold's wishes, all services are private.
