James A. Bressler

James A. Bressler, of Spring Mills, passed away at his home on Sunday, November 10, 2024.  He was 52.  Born April 13, 1972, in Bellefonte, Jim was a son of the late Gerald E. and Emma L. “Rossman” Bressler.  He was a 1990 graduate of Penns Valley High School.  On August 20, 1994, Jim married Jodie L. Miller who survives

Jim was employed as a truck driver at Wild Rose Inc. in Jersey Shore.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and tinkering on engines.  He enjoyed watching Penn State football and he especially enjoyed playing video games.

In addition to his wife, Jim is survived by two daughters, Justine R. Bowersox (Michael) of Howard and Jessica L. Bressler (Alex) of Spring Mills; one sister, Bonnie Burris of Lemont; two brothers, John Bressler (Linda) of Clarence and Harold Bressler of Bellefonte. Also surviving is one granddaughter, Kinsley M. Bowersox of Howard.  In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Struble.

A Celebration of Jim’s life is being planned for a later date.  Contributions in memory of Jim may be given to Steven R. Neff Funeral Home, POB 437, Millheim, PA 16854.
