John H. Shaffer

John H. Shaffer, of Millheim, passed away December 13, 2022, at his home.  He was 81.  Born July 1, 1941, in Millheim, John was a son of the late Wilbur and Eva L. (Hartzell) Shaffer. 

John was employed as a delivery driver for the former Stover’s Furniture Store in Millheim for 15+ years.  He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and playing baseball. 

John is survived by one daughter, Grace Shaffer of Millheim; two grandsons, Cody and Brody Shreckengast, and his sister in law Diane Shaffer.  In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by two brother, Paul and Dewayne Shaffer.

In accordance with family wishes all services are private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of John may be given to Steven R. Neff Funeral Home, POB 437, Millheim, PA 16854.
