Patrick I. Bobb

Patrick I. Bobb, of Port Matilda, PA, passed away August 9, 2023, at Geisinger Medical Center after suffering a tragic fall.  He was 68.  Born December 7, 1954, in Lewisburg, Patrick was a son of the late Arthur E. Bobb of Woodward PA and Anna M. (Murphy) Bobb of Ormand Beach, FL.

Patrick was a graduate of Penns Valley High School.  He was employed as a truck driver for Bestline Equipment.  He enjoyed the outdoors, especially being in the mountains where he hunted from “Rufies Shack”.  He also loved riding motorcycles and he loved collecting a variety of things.  Most of all Patrick enjoyed time well spent with family and friends.

Patrick is survived by a son, Michael P. Bobb of Bellefonte, PA; three brothers, Chris Eborn (Pam) of England, Michael Bobb and Sean Bobb (Margaret) both of Halifax, PA and one sister, Shelly Savage of VA.  Also surviving are nephews, Quinton and Shannon Bobb along with nieces, Rachel McCarthy (David-deceased) and Natasha McGreal (Sean); great nephews, Scanlon, Justin “JJ”, Owen and Isaac and great nieces, Jetta, Niamh and Faye.  In addition to his parents, Patrick was preceded in death by a nephew, Justin Bobb.  In accordance with Patrick’s wishes, there will be no services.
