Dear Shannon and Jarrett,

Although we don't know your personally, we know folks from our church who had great respect, love, and admiration for your beloved Jeremy. Know that our hearts ache with sorrow in your unspeakable loss. The impact Jeremy's life had in so many ways in the Penns Valley community will live on through those his life touched for years to come. Our prayers are for the Lord to surround you with His love, comfort, and peace, and the support of those dear to you for as long as you need it.

In Christian love,

Don and Peggy Myers

Shannon and Jarrett, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Jeremy years ago when he worked for my son, Gary, in Lewistown, and I can truly say he made a profound and lasting impression on me because of his pleasant personality, work ethic and dependability. My heart aches for both of you in his loss, and I pray that God will wrap you in His arms of love and grace. May it provide you some measure of comfort in knowing that your husband and father touched so many lives in so many ways and share the loss of Jeremy with you. With my love and heart-felt sympathy Rosalie Mitton

Shannon,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and Jarrett at this difficult time. I can't find the words to express how truly sorry I am for your loss. Jeremy was a wonderful and kind man who's absence will be missed and felt by many. I will forever remember his smile, and the good and the bad times we shared while working at Penn State. Wishing you and Jarrett only the best.
Forever a friend, Rae

Shannon, Jarrett and family, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I didn't know Jeremy, but I know he was a remarkable father, husband, son, brother and friend from all the kinds words I hear about him. God needed him for a reason, although we don't know why he chooses the angels that he does, his spirit will live forever in your memories. May you find comfort in the days ahead. Jeremy is with you each and every day, he will watch over you during this difficult time. Lean on those loved ones to help you.

I was so sorry to hear of Jeremy's passing; immediately I remembered us as kids, riding Bus 41 together. I fondly remember the Cub Scout meetings in the Basement of "that Blue house" in Country Club park...the backyard football games, joking around on the way to Basketball games and in school, working on our cars, and the adventures (and misadventures) that we had in our teens and early 20's. Jeremy was always a good friend, outgoing and eager to help anyone that needed it. I always admired his sensitive and caring nature as well. Penns Valley is truly a poorer place with his passing.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your son, extended family members and his friends. I did not know Jeremy personally but his father, Terry, graduated with my husband and I in the Class of 1965. We loved and miss Terry. I hear so many remarks of Jeremy's smile, Terry always had a smile for everyone that will never be forgotten. Tom had gone to our grandson, Dylan's flag football game at State College last year. He came home to say how he had spoken with Jeremy and what a good football player his son was and is going to be. Blessings ........

Shanny, JMan, Alice, Rachel and Family - This is a very difficult time for all of you. There are no words that I can say that will take your hurt away. I pray every day, many times a day, that God comforts you and pray that he will be with you for the days ahead. Jer was a great husband, father, son, brother, and friend. I am glad that I got to know him and have some wonderful memories with him. Shanny we will never forget you and Jer's love/hate relationship that he told us about at Deb's wedding. Our dinner at Brother's Pizza with Shelly and how he couldn't figure out how us girls got any work done in a day the way we laughed and carry on together. He was having a lot of fun with us girls. And my recent dumb, dumb nickname. I pray that the wonderful memories of Jer will overcome the terrible pain and heartbreak you are feeling. Love you all - Dee

Shannon,

I just wanted to let you know that I'm praying for your dear family. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy and getting to know him while on business at the Larson Institute. I worked for an electric bus company Proterra in South Carolina. I didn't know anybody in State College and Jeremy along with another co-worker of his Brian Grubb made me feel right at home. He was so approachable and one of The nicest people I've ever had the pleasure in meeting. I made numerous trips to State College and I always looked forward to seeing Jeremy. God Bless you and your family.

Shannon & Jarrett,
Unfinished.....not the material things but the life "things". Some will get finished and others won't. Some things , like the love you shared as a family will live forever, the memories that you've shared will always be with you and knowing there is a very special angel looking down on you everyday, every minute, every moment. The blessing of having Jer/daddy for the time you did. Although cut too short, his love and memories will last throughout your lives forever.
Jeremy touched all of our lives in one way or another. To know him was to love him and laugh with him. What a truly special gift we were giving by being his friend.

Jeremy, you are deeply missed by so many. May you forever be smiling.

With all our love.
